Sodexo, the leading food and facilities management services company in North America is seeking a Program Specialist 2 for Sodexo University. The Program Specialist 2 will provide multimedia support in design, development and delivery for various projects to include web-based learning solutions, websites, animations, instructional videos, possible audio narration, multimedia presentations and graphics.
The Program Specialist will collaborate with team members and SME's to understand needs and requirements for presentations, graphics, animations, website designs and interactive elements for online learning experience. Job tasks include: creating graphics as needed for e-Learning and print materials, developing animations using Flash, editing e-Learning modules using Lectora, Flash, HTML and/or other formats. Occasionally will edit print materials and e-Learning for quality assurance, develop brief eLearning courses (if needed), edit or develop brief videos used by Sodexo University.
May develop application or system demonstrations using Captivate or similar software, to be incorporated into online training.
Knowledge of instructional design principles and methods a plus. Highly Desired Skills: HTML, Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, Captive (or similar software), Premiere (or similar software), Acrobat Pro. Desired Skills: Articulate, Lectora, Brainshark, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Page Maker, InDesign. This position must be based in one of the following locations: Gaithersburg, MD, Allentown, PA or Williamsville, NY.
